Job Description

ROI Holding is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in various sales activities, from lead generation to customer relationship management, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the intricacies of sales and develop essential skills for a successful career in the field.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach.
Sales Process: Finishing daily sales tasks, and having meetings, including preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential markets to inform sales strategies.
Client Communication: Support communication with clients, scheduling meetings, and following up on inquiries.
Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring sales performance metrics and reporting results to the sales team.
Continuous Improvement: Learn and apply new sales techniques and strategies, staying informed about the latest industry trends.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Having a Bachelor’s Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or simply if you are a talk-active person who wants to start a career as a salesperson.
Experience: Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus, but not a necessity.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients professionally.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
