Job Description
ROI Holding is seeking a highly organized and proactive General Coordinator Intern to join our team, specifically focused on coordinating activities within our training center. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and organizing training programs, supporting the smooth operation of our educational initiatives, and ensuring an effective learning environment for participants.
Responsibilities
Training Coordination: Assist in the planning and scheduling of training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance for the training center, including managing schedules, handling inquiries, and maintaining training records.
Participant Management: Support the registration and onboarding of participants, including handling communication, processing enrollments, and addressing participant needs.
Facility Management: Coordinate the setup and maintenance of training rooms, ensuring all equipment and materials are prepared and available for sessions.
Event Assistance: Help organize and manage events related to training, such as orientation sessions, feedback gatherings, and special workshops.
Communication: Facilitate communication between trainers, participants, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback, and assist in preparing reports as needed.
Quality Assurance: Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements to enhance the overall learning experience.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field is a plus, but not a necessity.
Experience: Previous internship or coursework related to coordination, administration, or training is a plus, but not a necessity.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure efficient operation of the training center.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with participants and staff.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in managing schedules, documentation, and training materials.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and experience with scheduling or project management tools is preferred.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address issues promptly to ensure a smooth operation of training activities.
