Position Overview:
We are expanding our team and looking for 20 motivated Sales Agents to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to ROI Holding’s ongoing success in international markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new business opportunities across various sectors.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and networking, building long-term client relationships.
- Present and promote the broad range of products and services offered by ROI Holding to prospective clients.
- Conduct online and in-person meetings, providing tailored solutions based on client needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of performance.
- Keep accurate CRM records and report on daily/weekly sales progress.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and drive success.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in the tech or service industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales and client success.
- Ability to simplify and present technical services in an engaging and understandable way.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and productivity software is an advantage.
